Onslow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying and locating a female wanted for questioning regarding larcenies from various Walmarts.
On April 16, 2018, deputies responded to Walmart in Richlands for a report that a female purchased (2) computers, then a few minutes later returned them for a refund. Upon managers opening the boxes for inspection, they found that the hard drive was missing in one and beyond repair in the other. Video surveillance showed that the female went to her car with the computers, then returned them a few minutes later. After returning the computers at the Walmart in Richlands, she did the same thing at Walmart on Hwy 17 in Jacksonville.
The person of interest is described as a white female between 25-35 years of age, 5’3-5’4 in height, 125-135 lbs., with brown hair and dark framed glasses. At the time of the incident, she was wearing gray sweatpants. She appears to have a pink cell phone. The female left in a white vehicle believed to be a 2009 Nissan Maxima, tag unknown.
