Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims’ Unit is asking for the public’s help locating a missing teen.
On September 3, 2018, deputies responded to a residence on Peninsula Manor Road in Hubert for a report that Rebeka Nicole Montoya was missing. Miss Montoya left the residence that morning at approximately 9:00am and hasn’t been heard from since. Rebecca has medical issues which require medication. Her mother Elizabeth Burns stated in a plea urging people to help, “This is my daughter. She is in need of her meds it can be life or death if she isn’t back on them ASAP she hasn’t had them since Saturday.”
Rebeka is an 18-year-old white female listed as approximately 5’4 in height, 149 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black blouse with red lips on the front, pink and gray leggings and black and pink Jordan sneakers. Later the same day, she was seen at the Food Lion in Hubert, NC getting into a red SUV (shown below) occupied by two white males, one with long hair.
