One teen arrested and one WANTED in connection to numerous break ins
One teen has been arrested for breaking into several homes and a second teen is wanted in connection to the break-ins.
On February 6, 2019 Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Patrol responded to a residence on Singletree Court for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, the suspects had fled the scene and a witness was able to obtain pictures of the suspect’s vehicle and license plate.
Investigation led to Hector Manuel Montoya and Zaevion Jarek Tull. During the investigation, it was learned that Montoya and Tull broke into two additional residences on Titus Lane and Surrey Drive, all in Jacksonville.
Montoya, 18-years-old of Canady Road in Jacksonville was arrested February 17, 2019 and charged with:
- (3) Counts Breaking and Entering – Felony
- (3) Counts Larceny After Breaking and Entering – Felony
- Safecracking – Felony
- Obtaining Property by False Pretense – Felony
Montoya was transported to the Onslow County Detention Center under a $41,000 secured bond.
Zaevion Jarek Tull, 18-years-old pictured below, has outstanding warrants for his arrest pertaining to these cases.
