Woman absconder with several outstanding warrants arrested without bond
A woman wanted on several outstanding warrants has been arrested.
On March 6, 2019, a traffic stop was conducted at Aragona Blvd. and Gum Branch Road. During the stop, Francis Jazmone Lloyd was found to be a passenger in the vehicle. It was learned that Lloyd had several outstanding warrants for her arrest, including an Absconder warrant from Probation and Parole. Lloyd, 29-years-old with a listed address of 2139 Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville was taken into custody and arrested without incident.
Lloyd was taken before a magistrate where she was charged with:
- Felony Possession of Heroin
- Felony Probation Absconder
- Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- (3) Counts Misdemeanor Probation Violation
Lloyd is currently in the Onslow County Detention Center under no bond, awaiting her first court appearance.
