Onslow County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release this morning a Richlands man has been arrested on charges for stealing a construction site throughout the county.
On Wednesday, July 10, 2019, county sheriffs deputies responded to the area of Holly Grove Court in Jacksonville where there was a report of a suspicious vehicle leaving the area hauling a trailer.
